I made some more changes and it's surprisingly more consistent. I may actually run this for BR's.

+1 Juniper (Max Juniper is necessary; my hand stays relatively low. I've given my self "draw; pass" turns due to an amazing hand I was able to ditch on the first turn.)
+1 Energy Retrieval (All I used Super Rod for was mainly energies, and I would always need them in my hand instead.)
+4 {C}{C} (I've decided to give up attacking with Weavile. I'm either attaching to a Benched Zebra so I will be able to maintain the lock or Regigigas so I can take the last prize or two. DCE is obciously for Regigigas, but Zebstrika can take advantage of it as well. With {L}{L}{C}{C}, I can use Lightning Crash if I have to and still be able to use Disconnect on the next turn.)
