I havent given it a specific moveset yet. Just so you know, if you wanted HP, it is HP [Steel] with 68 power. What moves do you want on Rotom ?

Yes. It is Lv.40. Thats where I found out its exact IVs. I just wish Def was in the 20s but it isnt. :/
