As @Andrewninja4 said, there are gonna be two versions of the Zygarde. A Shiny promo card that comes out in the June box, and a non-Shiny that was revealed a couple days ago. It is the non-Shiny that currently is speculated to be in Forbidden Light, along with the Alolan Raticate and the Palossand.

To my understanding the 50% only coming in shiny june box. The 100% one comes in mays set.

Yes, officially the 50% is only coming in the Shiny June box. But the promo has been confirmed to be Shiny (like Darkrai, Silvally and Tapu Koko), which the currently revealed 50% Zygarde isn't. That's why we're speculating that the non-Shiny 50% Zygarde will be in the set, along with the 100% Zygarde, and then the Shiny 50% Zygarde will be in the June set
