I am interested in which(because there are a few) Android app is considered the "best" for referencing Pokemon stats, EV values, and IV calcators; updated to 5th Generation, of course.

Other things like a Pokedex app and stuff would be neat, too.

Well, for Apple products, there's Dex, which is a PokeDex that ou can customise. You can change the Pokemon displayed, and it includes the unreleased three. It links you to Bulbapedia, Serebii or Marriland with the info. I highly recommend it, since it's free. Don't know if it's available on Android, though.

If it is Apple, then no, it isn't. There are some Android apps, but they have poor reviews and I don't know how to delete once I get them.

This really shouldn't be in the 5th Gen Competitive section since this is about apps and not actual competitive play. I'm moving this to Off-Topic. If any mod disagrees, feel free to lock/move elsewhere.

Settings>Applications>Manage Applications
Select Application and you should have an uninstall option.

It is kinda off topic and kind of on topic. With the DS being a mobile gaming platform, training your Pokemon on the go and having a quick reference guide is great for anyone loooking to battle competitively but doesn't always have a computer handy. Just sayin.

So far, the app I am using is good for looking up effort values, but little else.

Didn't google removed all Pokemon related apps?

But there are other sites for Android apps besides Android Market.
