Anomynous close US Government site, Megaupload closed. SOPA

I don't really have much to do at all without the internet. I have literally maybe 2 or 3 people that are close friends that I know. I can't hang out with either of them regularly either. One currently moved out of state and one goes to a different league than me so I only see him at Premier Events at the ones he goes to. Without Pokebeach, I would never have met so many people. I'd be bored out of my mind.

I think we're in the clear for now. If the bill was shelved for a while, they'll revise it and maybe water it down a bit.
Which hopefully means that we get to keep our fanart!

SOPA/PIPA was pulled from being voted on in the Senate this week, but that doesn't mean SOPA/PIPA is officially dead. It's either being rewritten to favor the people who are against the bill and for the bill, or Congress is starting to try to pass the OPEN Act into law which I don't mind Congress passing at all on that one.
As for the case with Megaupload/Megavideo, Anonymous provoked the U.S. Government into shutting down those sites for hacking into Government websites
from the Pentagon and the White House. You know what they say, An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.

Like completely canned. Look at Limewire's official website, for example. It was taken down by the government because it was used primarily to pirate copyrighted material will little to no efforts to remove said content from its systems, like Deviantart and Youtube at least make an attempt to do.
