Ok this question about regigigas pokebody that says whenever you attach an energy from your hand it removes all special condition from him. My question is does this also remove the "cannot use this attack next turn" condition from the level X attack? Thanks!

That's not a special condition, it's an attack condition, so no, nothing happens.
