Any good reality competition shows?

Are there any good reality shows out theree that have eliminations? I pretty much stopped watching TV after Flavor of Love and Rock of Love ended.

If you're into silly shows like that, watch Tool Academy whenever it airs. That show is hilarious.
 
I think "The Amazing Race" is a very entertaining show. Teams of two people each engage in a race around the world, (literally), and are faced with really tough challenges along the way that they must complete. The last team to arrive at the checkpoint (the finish line for a leg of the race) is eliminated.

I could describe it forever, but I recommend it highly.
 
The Amazing Race is awesome but the next season starts much later I think. Hell's Kitchen comes on tonight though, that's a great show.
 
Hel's Kitchen is a really good idea for a show, but I feel like the actual show airing now, in its entirety, is just stress-based drama. Not much about the food is really mentioned; and chef Ramses is unnecessarily harsh. Makes for good ratings, I guess...

I also recommend this, haven't watched it because I never see it on, but it's good.

Anyways, if this counts, WIPEOUT is hilarious, and it has elimanations with obstacle courses.

Wipeout. It has people making fools of themselves for the viewers' enjoyment. Totally worth a watch.
