Well it would make sense if it did count, because I spent a lot of time yesterday beating them all under 12 minutes. ANd good job with Wolf WOods X! O_O I am looking for DragonSkyGX and BulletVulcanX and failing...haha.

No. There's a door that you can unlock after you beat him. It's got a Mega Weapon behind it. It's not that good though. I prefer Cosmic Rave, as it's faster and has more power.
Impact Roar cracks the panel it hits. That's why it has lower stats.

It's on the way to where you battled him. Before you beat him, it's says, "Access restricted by XXXXXs."
