do you know how i can get in to the locked place plz tell if you find out because i searched tuns of sites and found nothing on it

nvm there's two dealer keys now i have both before i had the dealer key to get to the orbiting base

what do i do after i beat the r space ship guy
i keep getting lost in the place after noise mase 4
 
Woooh, this is my last night of computer access. Still no WiFi at the moment, though. Kaitou, the abiltities I am looking for are Reflect 50 and FirstAura 400. I haven't gotten it yet or deleted you guys yet, (almost got every Mega card, keeping me occupied) but that's what I want to get.
 
Dark, they aren't Rogue exclusive. I think you get them from the Mr. Hertz Station or find them randomly.

Reflect 50 is either in the Hertz Station, or King Wall CC

Fast Aura 400 is behind the door in Echo Ridge where you need 1 Omega Piece.

Or apparently they're Rogue Noise abilities... *Must've over looked it*

I didn't know that you could get certain abilities from Noise Forms..
 
Go to the Big Wave, then talk to the Wizard that's on the counter. Then you put the Cipher Codes in.
 
Check GameFAQs. And on the Astro Wave, off one of the yellow paths, there's a Noise Program or whatever...Let's call 'im a Noise Hertz XD Anyway, talk to him. As long as your last form wasn't Rogue, you can change back.
