Yeah. The DSi can go on forums and other websites. It's pretty cool. But if you don't have a memory card, it doesn't seem to load the pages very well.

Did you check the Crimson Factory for the last one? There's one there, and there's also one in the Dealer HQ on the north east part of the Roulette board or whatever before you get to where King sat.

If you get it in illegal data form, it doesn't count it into your library.

Completely. Say you got a Ground Wave 3 from illegal data, but haven't traded or battled a Mettana 3. That Ground Wave 3 will become legal once you get one legally and it adds it to your library.
