Anything that works with palkia g?

I have managed to acquire 2-2 palkia g and would want to make a deck with this. But I'm not sure of what it could be run with. I have 2 mesprit since i know it can be used in palkia lock (or something?) so should i go with it, or do something more rogue?

Palkia G
Palkia G lv.X
Mesprit LA

I know this might be a really good deck when lost world releases and want to be a step ahead of everyone at my league ^.^

There are two other things you could use with it. They are Luxray GL LV.X and Gallade E4 LV.X If you go with Luxray GL LV.X, use it with the mesprits in Palkia Lock. Luxray would be used as a secondary attacker. If you go with Gallade E$ LV.X, turn it into an SPread deck. You would include cards like Gyarados G and Spiritomb (LA) to add to the spread.

Well i don't own any luxray g but i don have 2-2 (actually i have 3-2) gallade 4 so i could do something with it. But what else should i run in the deck then? And could i still play mesprit?

No, Mesprit would just get in the way. You would run a 2-2 Palkia, 3-1 Gallade E4, 1 Gyarados G, 2/3 Spiritomb LA.

I might try that. But i would need to get hold on some power spray since garchomp c x could just heal every thing otherwise. And what could counter nidoqueen? Or should i just snipe it twice, if able? Would it hurt the deck if i had 2 mesprit in the deck?

Well there are some gengar variants and tanking decks. I don't expect metagame decks only at our BR.

Edit:

I made the deck and this is the pokemon line right now.
2-2 palkia g
3-1 gallade E4
2 crobat g
1 honchkrow g
1 bronzong g
1 lucario gl
2 mesprit LA
2 uxie LA
2 spiritomb LA

Thats 19 pokemon.

I'm running this energy lineup:
4 water energy
3 psychic energy
4 double colorless energy
2 sp energy
1 dark energy

energy: 14

I run 4 energy exchanger, so getting sp energy would't be so hard.

I like the idea of playing it with flygon. Every time you are knocked out you bring up palkia. Use poke power for gust of wind since everything has free retreat,

I like Garchomp C Lv.X paired with Palkia G Lv.X personally, but that's just me. It just has tons of snipe power. Palkia/Gallade is an alright deck, however I would think 3-1 Palkia and 2-2 Gallade might be better lines for spreading. Again, just preference. SP Energy is not needed, regardless, so those can go for some much needed Calls or Warp.

dmaster out.

PalkiaChomp is by far the best variant you can use. I got 5th at States with it, even winning against a couple LuxChomps outright along the way. In fact, it's one of the few decks to have even footing with LuxChomp. It does have a couple issues that you might want to think about before using it.

1. You have to get prizes early, or you will struggle.
2. There is no room for a Mewtwo counter. Period. No, seriously, the list is too tight for one.
3. Luxray. Okay yeah, the deck has even footing with LuxChomp. But that is only because you have to run Promocroak and keep them under a spray lock so they can't heal breath or bright look.

It really is the only SP deck I will truly reccomend, it's a blast to play and it actually can win quite a few games. Machamp might do some damage to it nowadays, so keep an eye out for that too.

EDIT: I just want to clarify and say that PalkiaChomp is arguably the best variant. Legos might have a bit of fun this format, but I don't know personally. I just know that I went 4-2 in Swiss at States using PalkiaChomp, and would have probably done similar at Regs had I not goofed my 5th round match...stupid 3-1 record went downhill after that.

Did you play mesprits? In my palkia chomp I have 4 mesprits, and no call. I don't think call is necessary in it, just lots of collectors. Mine focused on doing a quick pearl breat with DCE and belt, while building snipers on the bench.

I played Mesprits, yes. I don't have the exact list, but I definitely used Mesprits and Power Sprays. The problem was that I could only change one or two cards and Mewtwo counters didn't fit.

yeah the list was tight, but I somehow fit in 2 communication and a PONT/Cynthia, so it couldnt be too tight.

I could try the palkia chomp later. But would palkia g work with honchkrow g as the secondary attacker? If i spread with palkia g and get damage on all pokemon and if it survives get some k.o s too and then use honchkrow g when needed. I could play 3 or 4 crobat g and 2 spiritomb LA since i don't have to put in any 2-2 line of other attacker so if i run 2 /3 honchkrow it would save 2/1 slot (s) to have something important in.

Palkia Gallade worked but it needs some more testing.

IMO, Lock + Chomp is the best Palkia variant, but Palkia Lock has lost a lot of power (and its main advantage in SP matchups) because Azelf MT got rotated out. BTW, Let Loose Giratina is a nice surprise tech.

If i do palkia chomp then what lines should i play? And what techs?
@TheBugManiac I like the giratina idea so i'll think i'll try it out.

I have 2-2 palkia and 2-2 garchomp so should i go with that? And then add 4 mesprit and other sp pokemon/techs.

Edit:
Made the deck and posted the deck list up here, help is appreciated.

I would definitely play 3-1 palkia with 2-2 chomp. You NEED to start with either palkia, chomp or crobat, and you need to maximize your good starts.

gallade would be good. maybe a 2-2 or 2-1 of garchomp. in team rogue we previously talked about that. just remembered... absol g as well...

I'll try to get a 3rd palkia g so i can make the change.
@ ShAdOwSniPeR
I think that this deck might have been disused before i joined then? And i already have a absol g deck ^^

Use the link in my sign to check the deck list.

I like Palkia G and Absol G. Once Lost World comes. Lost Zone top few cards while Lost Zoning the bench. Honchkrow SV is needed.
