I've had this thread locked, see this thread instead.

This is not a shop, I'm just using it to show off my artwork and get criticism on it. That said make sure that any criticism you post is constructive. This will be updated as I make newer and better art. Do not use art without permission. For anyone who wants to know I use Abobe Photoshop Elements; I'm not incredibly experienced with it but I know that basics if you'd like help.

Anyone...? I added several recolors.

*Starts thinking that this isn't the best way to showcase his artwork (only 10 images and 3 attatchments per post!!)*
 
Uhhh it's not really a shop, sorry if that confused you two. I'm really just using it to show stuff off and get critiscism (which is looking like a worse idea by the second).

Provide links if you want to exceed the 10, or (since you douple posted, you can have up to 206 (with attachments). You can also combine the images (that would require actually editing them and re-saving them as one big collage), just don't strech the page.

As for the art:
The toxic banner is awsome. And how did you recolor a sugimory image like that? That is good, I've never actually seen somebody do that. I REALLY like that liaron. I like the background of the second banner too.

As for anything that could be "better"...some of those recolors look a little off...they just don't sem right, natural that is.

Yeah, I guess at the moment I don't have a problem, I only have one img not on there and it's my avatar; but I'll definetly do those things when I need too.

I thought the toxic banner was my best too. And there's a recolor tool in photoshop that makes things really easy. All you have to do is pick a color and use the brush and it will keep the original shading while replacing the color. I also like lairon, it took a long time to color gold over his holes. And the background of the hacking banner is actualy from a matrix wallpaper:D. As far as the recolors I tried to stick to a gener color scheme but the spiritomb and vileplume are just meant to be vibrant. Thanks for your comments:).
 
The evils of Photoshop ....sighs. I just stick with sprites :p. And a matrix wallpaper? lol. GL with any new additions.
 
I take it you use paint? I haven't tried spriting, TCs, or fake cards yet, need to find some good how-to's on em'... Your avatar's cool BTW, it must've taken a long time to make that ice block. That remind me of a funny story: Ok, I really suck at avatars, the best I've come up with so far is the pathetic excuse I'm using now. So I was trying to make one that was kinda a knock-off of cute mew's art style but with a smeargle and guess what? I can't find any way to get a plain black line on the outside of a shape. There's everything else under the sun and but not that. WTF right?
 
I like the first banner! The other ones I don't like because they are blurry and fuzzy. Still your really good. I wish I had photoshop. *sigh*

hey can give me a recolor? i want an like an albino espeon with either light blue or dark blue eyes. I want it to be a sugimori pic please. And if u have any questions, pm me! i will think of others for u to do.

Thanks MOT6K, and your right, it's not a shop. I really don't know how anyone could miss that considering it's in the first sentance.
 
sorry i was drawn to the wonderfully done pics dont u know. When i saw them, i automatically assumed it was a shop. sorry for waisting ur time....:(
 
Also, u stole soemthing from a dear friend of mine from SPPF....plz give them credit for the shiny Turtwig art.
