Arceus and Shaymin Art.: Comments?

I've been working on making Sugimori-like artwork of the Original One and the Gratitude Pokemon. I've been studying them on PBR, so they're close to those.

I hope you like them! Any comments? (And, yes, Shaymin does have 2 flowers. One on both sides of its cute little head. :D )
 
i saw them and they're good!:) nice job on shaymin's shading, apply it to your arceus and arceus will be much cooler.:)

When I made Arceus on my other computer, it looked darker due to my darker monitor setting, so I've got to fix it. xD

hehehe, my laptop has a darker setting too so i also have difficulty in shading properly. i understand you but still its good.:)

About the Arceus art: I've recolored it and put it out on Deviant Art, if you'd like to see it. :)
 
I really like the shaymin, great job on that one.

The arceus however looks a bit flat in my opinion, mainly the head, it would have look batter if its head were to be facing another direction, other than that, great job on both. They might not be exactly like Ken's art, but they're great nevertheless.
 
The Shaymin looks fantastic. Great job. My only bit of criticism on Arceus is that the endings of the golden wheel are too pointy. :)
 
For Sheimi/Shaymin I prefurr cascadegonpory's one.
But your Arecus is better then their one.

Actually, there are a few errors with that Arceus: It lacks the two lines that go down its face and mane. It lacks the two lines on the tail and the small dark gray sections on its legs. (This is all clear on PBR.)

And to Magma King: Thanks! I know it's commonly used, but I just love it. xD

And to Light Venusaur: That one's nice, too; the shape and eyes are a little off compared to PBR (I keep using it as the example, I know), but it looks very nice. :) Thanks!

And to Kevin Garrett: Thanks so much! Yeah; I really need to work on its wheel some more. :)

And to Heavenly Spoon :F : Thanks! I'm currently working on another Arceus, one with a more dynamic pose, but it's still just a sketch. :)

Purplekecleon is a god when it comes to drawing Arceus (and the Hall of Origin, and any other Pokemon; what an impressive gallery!!!). :D

PearlEden's is nice, too. :) I love the expression.
 
Yes, they have both done multiple works on Arceus. If you check out their galleries, you'll find many more Arceus drawings in some nifty poses. It might spark an idea. :]

Also, that Shaymin is pretty amazing. It looks just like Ken Sugimori. The pose is kind of standard, though. :p
