Strategy:

The main strategy of this deck is to discard Blastoise, use Archie's Ace in the Hole to place it on the bench, and the rest is the same as a regular Keldeo/Blastoise deck.

Hi, here are some of my recommendations for your deck:
-4 Maintenance (As much as it seems it would help, the card you drew could be something you can't play.)
-4 Roller Skates (You don't want to be drawing more cards)
-2 Archie (These can clutter up your hand)
-1 Manaphy (This card won't help to the overall strategy)
-1 Dowsing Machine (Comp Search helps a ton more to pull this off)
-2 Skyla (Slows the deck down)

+1 VS Seeker
+1 Suicune PLB (Safeguard is very helpful against popular decks like Mega Ray)
+1 Battle Compressor
+1 Exeggucute
+1 Comp Search
+1 Lysandre
+3 Trainer's Mail
+1 Superior Energy Retrieval (Helps recover after a Keldeo EX is KO'd)
+1 Jirachi EX (It is important to have another just in case one is prized)
+3 Acro Bike
