Soo...This one is to really completely LOCK the oppenet, basicly having them do NOTHING. and once they have enough trainers in hand(and Mr.Mime lets me know when that is, and Slowking lets me give them the trainers) I just use Mismagus to to finish them off! Archeops makes it so they can't evolve, and Vileplume stops them from using Trainers(EX. Rare Candy) but, of course, it most work at least perfectly to win, Banette helps to get rid of any Energy, and once their hand is at a good size, his Break Down can do MASSIVE damage. Elgyem's First Contact helps getting a quick setup which DOESN'T help the enemy, and his evolution and do 20 to all pokemon who are the same type(EX. Jumpluff and Yamega).
