Much better. The name is a bit too much, and EX series cards are the ones which sign the positions of the symbols (those transparent circles are where you need to put the energy icons). Except that, it's really nice. Also, the attacks are also better. Nothing special, but still interesting to play, like all dual-type monsters.
Also typo in the Poké-Body: first, it's a Poké-Power (since you need to activate), second, write -when- to activate the effect (I guess when you play it from your hand, or once per turn), third, "must" is not needed. So the effect is something like this (let's do the once per turn one, not the one when you play it)
Poké-POWER: Forceful Slam
"Once per turn, you may switch 1 of the Defending Pokémon with 1 of his or her Benched Pokémon. Your opponent chooses the Defending Pokémon. You can't use more than 1 Forceful Slam Poké-POWER each turn."
