RE: *** Card Errors Database *** (Provide a Picture When Reporting Any - no misprints)
No they are printed in the card.
No they are printed in the card.

I just thought this one looked pretty cool, because it looks kinda like the animation of Dragon Claw in the games. Anyone have knowledge of if there's others like this or if it's worth anything special?

Looks like an ink blot, they're common but that one is pretty cool looking, it might be worth a little more than usual to a small group of collectors.
I added another 1st edition Jungle Pinsir misprint to my collection today, so now I have proof that this wasn't just a one time thing:
I've seen 3 others for sell on eBay too. Anyone know how this might have happened, or why it would only happen to one card in the set? Pokemon cards are printed (or at least used to be) with all cards of the same rarity on a single sheet. I don't know how this would occur only on Pinsirs and not the other cards on the sheet, but I've never seen the error on anything but Pinsirs.

It is Bisharp in the b&w sets of Noble Victories... card #76/101.... anyway, I've only seen them with 90 HP and this one we have has 9000 hp and his finishing blow is 2000+ and night slash is 3000.... is this one an extremely rare card? Any info is helpful and I hope I'm posting this in the right spot. Thanks!

The cards could be real, but the 1st Edition could be counterfeit. I have issue with the concept that WOTC was making 2 passes for black.
