I ask this because the rules say I can use any sleeves, so long as they're Pokemon related, but the rules also say to avoid use of reflective sleeves. So would these sleeves be legal to use?

Yes, they're fine. I've seen them plenty of times at tournaments before and there have never been any issues with them.
They're Pokemon themed, and they have a solid border around the outside.

When it comes to reflective sleeves, as long as you can't see what card is on top by looking at the reflection you are fine. There are 2 types of skyla sleeves. Ones that are sold at the Pokemon Center in Japan and these that were given out at tournaments in Japan. It would be unlikely that they would give out sleeves as prizes that aren't legal for play so long as they are in good condition.

Fixed. Thanks SS

Fixed this. The ruling is as long as you can't see what the card is based off the reflection you are fine. And the picture must have a solid border. Just rule of thumb, stay away from shiny black sleeves. Those are the most reflective.

I just got these in he mail today. They are stupidly reflective and definitely not legal. I don't know why they would give these out at tournaments buy they are not legal at all. Sorry if you bought them man.

^ Didn't your HJ allow it already? Just throwing it out here so that Vesperia can get some sort of notice.

Yes he did. He said since they are official Pokemon sleeves they are legal. KA said no though when I talked to him so giving a ruling on I would reccomend you to ask your HJ because it will vary from judge to judge. They do scratch up though so there not as reflective after you use them for a bit.
