Well, todays the day. Or it's supposed to be anyway, I think I'm going to have to track down my co-judges.

Okay, judging all of the entries (out of 10). I will probally be the harsh one.

I don't have a copy of the origional sprite, but it is prudent nevertheless that the line also has shading. If there wasn't shading to begin with you should have still fixed it. The color scheme has a nice balanced feel to it though.

Sorry if this is a bit rough, but you have light spots when the midshade should be on the belly, the bottom of the belly's outline is WAY to light, and the lips lost shading in the line. They are also to dark, so from normal magnification they are to solid looking. Sometimes you have to modify the color pallate a little. I do however like the theme it gives off.

This one looks a little general, not distinctive so much as the others, YET it was done for what I can see perfectly. I don't see really see miscolorations. However, I don't think you recolored the stripe, and if you did it doesn't match the theme. Still a solid sprite though.

With the exception of the fact that it is a jpg which loses a bit of the quality, it seems to have been done really well and it is a shame you dropped out. (which means I'm not scoring your sprite)

Again, like it but you missed pixels, lost shading on the ear and didn't recolor parts of the line. Thanks for supplying the origional sprite.

The colors didn't come out looking like a professional sprite, although you did do the recoloring fairly well, you forgot to recolor the nose and on the left eye you changed the shading. Thanks for supplying the origional sprite.

Really you could add 1 point to each person, I am being harsh. And you all did a pretty good job, the main issue was missing pixels which is one of the worst things you can do. I liked them all though

This is interesting but just something to add, maybe you should provide a link to the persons work when scoring them. Or maybe put the actual image there? just suggesting i might enter next round ;D

Your Blastoise has recolouring problems. The colours are sort of clashing with each other. The outline is not re-coloured either. 5/10
Your Nidoking, however, looks good, but missing a lot of shading an pixel colouring. 4/10
Bonsly 1994
Xatu looks good. But, bad choice of colours. Xatu is meant to have colours in the red family (including purple) and the wings should be light colours (such as white, light grey, etc.). But if it's based on recolouring, very smooth. 7/10

Qwilfish looks dull. Red and white isn't its colour. Something more "underwater-ish" would look better. Nice job, however. 5/10

All of your recolouring skills are good. The colours and some shading parts are totally out of place, however. The best would be bonsly1994 for this round, IMO.
