i am not making fun of gligars...its just that ash's gligar in particular only knows how to drop itself hard on ash and thats pretty uch everything!!! come on---what do u expect from it?
 
because we believe gligars not the end of ash's team. he is bound to catch some more even if he has to oak someone in the process!
 
He also released Pidgeot because he's stupid, he gave Hauter to Sabrina, sent away Charizard, gave away Primeape and let Squirtle go. :/
 
Actually Charizard,Squritle,Primeape was sent to training and gave haunter away becuase it was the only thing that Sabrina was going to laugh at. Pidgeot to protect the flock of pidgeys and pidgeoto from fearow.

I dont think so. If anyone gets Oaked I say either Turtwig or Gligar. And right now Gligar is at the top of the list. With Staravia just learning Brave Bird we know that he wont be Oaked. But Gligar however doesnt know any attacks or even how to battle whatsoever.
 
sadly, that is the backing gligar has. It knows nothin...so ash supposedly will keep it with him to teach it something! I dunno maybe we will have some real surprise with the whole "Oak-a-pokemon" thing. Maybe there are other ways to have more pmn in the party other than to oak one.

Yes but think about it, Pidgeot had a reason to be released. Whereas Staravia doesnt. Gligar right now has the best chance of getting Oaked whether you like it or not.
 
A Torterra and a Staraptor but I had one question still: Why didn't he evolve Bulbasaur, Corphish, Bayleef, Cyntiquil and Totodile because if he did evolve the johto ones, he might have one the Johto Leauge.

Let me sum things up for you. Corphish didnt evolve because Crawdaunt is part dark and it was one of Team Aqua's most used pokemon. And the writers wont give Ash any dark types. Bulbasaur had the chance to evolve but it decided not to. So Bulbasaur will never evolve. Cyndaquil, well really, im stumped here. It really wanted to evolve but never did. Same goes for Totodile and Bayleef. So im stumped on why those three didnt evolve. Bayleef I can understand a little bit but the other, not at all.
