This card does for Raticate, Tornadus and Bouffalant what Sky Arrow does for Raikou and Rayquaza. Raticate, when Gaint Cape is attached, is now outside of the magic 90 HP. Tornadus can survive a Dragon Blast from Hydregion with an Eviolite.Tornadus EX can now survive a Volt Bolt from Raikou when Eviolite is attached. Bouffalant can survive a Retaliate from Terrakion with an Eviolite.

This card does help Bouffalant but In my opinion Raticate and Tornadus don't gain much when you play this stadium. Tool scrapper puts Raticate back in that magic 90 HP range and Tornadus would probably have a lot better time with Skyarrow Bridge than with Aspertia.Don't get me wrong I think this is a great card but but I don't think it will reach it's full potential until we have stronger colorless type pokemon with a lot more to gain from more HP.

Terrakion still OHKOs Bouffalant, because 180(Retaliate w/weakness)-20(Bouffer)-20(Eviolite)=140, which is greater than Bouffalant's 120 HP with Aspertia Gym
Although Regigigas EX w/ Aspertia could be interesting, because 220 HP w/ Giant Cape needs 2 PP for Terrakion to OHKO, which is hard to pull off in this format.
