Avatar help please!

I really want my avatar to be the Sugimori art of Pelipper, but it says it's too big. Can someone help me? Does anyone know where to find Sugimori art that's the right size to be an avatar?

That is still too big. You only resized it to 132x120. It has to be exactly or below 125x125.
