I was wondering, do you have to download anything to make a rotating avatar? I just have paint. ;

Well, here's what I got when I checked the URL of Riskbreakers' avatar:

So... I'm thinking it's "http://randomsig.caiyern.net". It appears you'll need an account to use it, though.
