Yes, I know. I spoke with Amt on the matter a little while ago- I asked her if it'd be okay if I made her a Staff-Only version, but she said she wouldn't give warnings to anyone that used the same avatar as her, and she said that no one would get in trouble for having the Palkia avatar, since she used it after a few people were already using it.

I'm not sure if that's entirely legal, but that's what I took from the discussion about it. She has seniority over me (or however that's worded), so I couldn't force her to remove the avatar, nor could I ask people that have been using it before her to remove the avatar for an alternate version. So, I just took her word for it and let it be.

If there are people using the Palkia avatar and wouldn't mind using an alternate version, please post here so I can get back to you with it.

Before, I gave you permission to use artwork for your fake cards by just posting instead of asking... Since that isn't going to be used for a fake card, it'd be nice if you asked, is all.

And to Treeko13: What Shiny Gallade are you trying to use? The avatar, or the full body art? If you wish to use the avatar, then yes, but be sure not to ask next time, just post saying you're using it. If you wish to use the Shiny Gallade full body art, then yes, you may, but be more specific next time. :3
