If you want to use a full body art for a banner or something then you've got to wait until Xous gives you permission to use it. It's not like an avatar, you can't ask that you're going to be using it. You've got to wait until Xous says that he has no problem with you using the full body artwork of the Pidgeot.

And to Saiko: Like Ice Arceus said, you have to ask permission to use full body art. It's fine this once, but be sure to ask first if you want to use full body art again. :3
