If you accept Requests, can you 'do' me an Avatar with Luxray GL Lv.X with a blue, 'flashing' background?

I forgot to mention this when I posted Altaria, but the next Pokémon I plan on getting done are Flareon v.2, Azumarill, and Sneasel. I was able to get sketches for them done when I sketched Altaria (some kind of crazy awesome sketch day, I guess).
