^o_O' well, right click the image, you should see something called preferences, click on that and then you should see the url, copy that and paste it in the URL box of the Edit Avatar page...

^The image is to big, it is 350x350 and the size I use is usually 150x150, I don't know how to resize it in photoshop or any other program without making it look blurry, pixelated and generaly, bad...
