well last time I checked a Lv.x card has more value then a holo. I'm pretty sure if you can find a Lv.x in only 1 out of 18 packs or by buying a tin that cost more than any holo in the pokemon TCG history that is worth only as much as a holo.

well last time I checked a Lv.x card has more value then a holo. I'm pretty sure if you can find a Lv.x in only 1 out of 18 packs or by buying a tin that cost more than any holo in the pokemon TCG history that is worth only as much as a holo.
