I like it but it isn't pokemon-ish. It looks like a boss character for Dungeons and Dragons, or Runescape, or WoW, lol... It is nicely drawn though.

Steelix is epic 0_o

except for the 2nd to top rock, needs to be more connected to 3rd from top rock. Head bit small. Otherwise great, all of your drawings are awesome ^^

btw save them as .png for better quality, .jpeg is awful

For hand drawn stuff, it's really hard to tell the difference between a jpeg file and anything else. The distinction is easy enough to make for computer drawings because those use precise lines and colours (which are butchered by the jpeg save), but for hand drawn... I can't tell the difference. :D

Yeah, I noticed that the rocks were a little too far apart. It was one of those things that only really became apparent after I lined everything in, so there was no going back from that really.

Steelix is really hard to draw, because the Ken Sugimori image of it is just side-on, meaning you can't get a feel for the depth of it. Plus his face is like ahhhhh complicated.

I meant to have done this step-by-step (with scans of each part) so I could start on a "how to draw" guide, but I kinda forgot. Ah well, next time for sure!

When I drew this I only had the sprite on my DS to go by lol, but I think it turned out pretty decently.

If you look closely at your drawings, on the edges of the pokemon, you see dots. This is throughout the whole image. BAD!

Umm...
I'm pretty sure scanners can only save as TIFF, JPEG, and BMP.
And, I can't tell the difference between TIFF and JPEG, but BMP is horrible!

Scizor looks so cute ^-^ Scizor is one of my favorite Pokemon and looks offensive in every single sprite/picture. This is a nice change. Completely awesome :D

My scanner can save as .png and pretty much any other common image type, and it's several years old, but maybe his is older, I dunno. xP And .bmp is a clean file type as far as I know, or have used... It just seems like image hosting sites like to butcher .bmp files when you upload them.

The Steelix is awesome, and the Scizor is good, too. Can't wait to see if you ever draw Arceus. :O

._. I hardly think that's on-topic, but I don't really enter competitions unless there's a decent amount of people. I enter for experience and learning, and a large amount of entries normally helps me learn from what the other competitors did so I can better my work next time.

Anyways, I rememered the Dragon/Poison Type, scampy, and that one is also awesome. I like how the two big horns on its head are made of gas. (Am I seeing that right? Horns?)
