Collecting Base Set Booster Box Query

Hey guys,

I recently bought a base set booster box off eBay (link below) and I've noticed there's a loose pack at the top moving about. As far as I can tell the box has not been tampered with in any way. Do you think could be a legitimate box or could it have been tampered with?

It certainly looks like a legitimate box based on your pictures. I'm not sure why there would be a pack at the top, though; could just be a minor packaging error.

I personally couldn't see any faults with the box either or anything that points to being fraudulent. Just seemed odd that the person on eBay said there was 36 packs in it even though there was a loose pack at the top.
