There is a somewhat more faster version of this deck, though it's just an idea in my head right now and it would result in you losing a few prizes with this idea but hear me out.

4-2-4 Charizard
3-3 Electrode
2-2 Arcanine (finish up late game)

4 DCE
? {R} Energy (you can decide the amount)

3 Pokemon Breeder (This card is baically Rare Candy)
4 Computer Search
3 Energy Retrieval

I just listed some of the main cards but the idea is simple: Start with a Charmander active and a Voltorb on the the bench. Attach either a {R} energy or a DCE to Charmander. Next turn (in the ideal world) Pokemon Breeder Charmander into Charizard and evolve Voltorb into Electrode, use Electrodes pokemon power to KO itself and attach itself to any pokemon in which case it would then provide 2 energy of any type (only 1 type at a time) attach. attach either a 2nd {R} or if you attached DCE last turn then you drop a {R} on Charizard this turn. You now have a T2 Fire Spin. drop a 2nd {R} the turn after this and you have a consecutive Fire Spin. Arcanine just finishes up your opponents board once you've gain control of the field with Charizard. Why Arcanine? because it would only dicard 1 energy a apposed to 2 from Charizard meaning you can maintain its attack turn after turn late game. Plus it second attack just does recoil damage to itself.
