Ruling Base Set Pokemon Center in Unlimited

I couldn't get scans, but I got exact wording of each.
Base Set print
Remove all damage counters from all of your own Pokémon with damage counters on them, then discard all Energy cards attached to those Pokémon.
Next Destinies print (Stadium)
Once during each player's turn, that player may heal 20 damage from 1 of his or her Benched Pokémon.

I am simply asking if I can use the Base Set Pokemon Center with its effect in unlimited play.

Yes. It's one of those weird exceptions where cards with the same name are treated differently (like the Alph Lithographs).
In unlimited play, you use the old Pokemon Center with its old effect.
