Battle Fiesta Promos in English?

Hello everyone. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is there a chance we might get the Pikachu Battle Fiesta promos in English? For those who don't know, here are the cards I'm referring to:

I was thinking that a promo box with both of the Pikachu promos would be cool, and we all know how much TPCi loves Pikachu.

It'd be nice but quite honestly I wouldn't count on it. There is at least one more full art Pikachu from the BW Era that we never got either.

In fact quite honestly there are a lot of card that have never been released outside of Japan that we have never got because of, you know, reasons...that we don't know or will ever hear.

There are tons of japan-only promo cards.

If we ever get any english Charizard Poncho Pikachu, though, I'll be getting 10 or more.
