HP Left = 90, hence no. of damage counters = 2.
Attack damage = base damage (70) - damage counters (20) - DRE (20) = 30 damage!!! Flygon is correct!!! (No damage reduction for metal NRGs as Aggron is metal type.)

(Please give me some marks since I listed the full steps. :p)
