Here's my BearLock deck : )

Pokemon 24
3-3 Beartic
3-2-2 Vileplume
1-1 Dodrio
1-1 Slowking
3 Cleffa
2-2 Umbreon

T/S/S 22
4 Professor Oak's New Theory
4 Professor Elm's Training Method
4 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Collector
1 Copycat
1 Alph Litograph (Triumphant)
1 Pokemon Catcher
2 Seeker
1 Twins
1 Flower Shop Lady

Energy 14
8 {W}
3 {C}{C}
2 {D} sp
1 {D}

Strategy:
1. Start with Cleffa.
2. Set up Vileplume as fast as possible.
3. Set up Beartic to lock the opponent.
4. Set up Dodrio for cheap retreat cost and Slowking to control their draws.

Umbreon is in case they play something like Yanmega/Donphan.
I'll use Seekers to pick up Beartics if needed or eventually pick up Vileplume to use Catcher and drag something important up, then evolve to Vileplume again.

^ Uhh, what? lol
Anyways, I would take out 1-2 cleffa. 4 is just too much. I'd add in 1-2 twins. Also, I would take out a rare candy and the dodrio line and add in one more DCE, another cubchoo, and another card you see fit. Also, just a helpful hint, go with the rest cubchoo.

I would take out the catcher. You never want to pick up your vileplume. You should consider running a 3-3 beartic.

Thank you : )
It might be a good idea to take out 1-2 Cleffa, but I don't think Twins would be the right thing to add.
The reason why I use 4 Rare Candies is because it is SO important to get the Trainer Lock in as fast as possible.
There's no way I'm going to take out the Dodrio line. I have really good experience with being able to retrat Beartic for a cheap cost.
It's very rare that I don't get a DCE for my first Beartic so I don't think it's worth adding one of them.

I have considered a 3-3 Beartic line but I don't know what to take out, since I would also like a little more energy for those.

I don't really see the point of umbreon tbh. Sure, it protects you from poke-body/power pokemon, but beartic protects you from all attacks period. I would focus on beartic more.

Beartic doesn't 'protect' you. It just prevent the opponent's active Pokemon from attacking. Which isn't gonna matter if the opponent can just switch between two Yanmegas.
Umbreon will protect you from those since the effect of the Moonlight Fang attack is on Umbreon and not on the opponent's Pokemon
Period

I know that, I'm just saying umbreon and dodrio probably aren't needed. I'd rather add a zekrom or two against yanmega. However it's your deck and you can decide what to do with it. I'm just making suggestions. :)

I'm running VileBear/Bearlock as well. This is my build.

Pokemon (22)
1 Tyrogue
1 Cleffa
2 Zekrom
2-2 Zoroark (B/w)
4-4 Beartic (Sheer Cold)
3-1-2 Vileplume (UD)

T/S/S (23)
1 Flowershop Lady
2 Sages Training
4 Rare Candy
4 Pokemon Collector
4 Twins
4 Pokemon Communication
4 Professor Oak's New Theory

Energy (15)
4 Double Coloress Energy
11 Water Energy

Hope this helps.
