2-1-2 Vileplume UD
3 Mantine HGSs
20 pokemon

4 Pokemon Collector
4 Professor Elms New Training Method
3 Interviewers Questions
2 Professor Oaks New Theory
4 Pokemon Communication
3 Rare Candy
20 T/S/S

4 {C}{C}
4 {L}
3 Rescue
9 {W}
20 Energy

Basically start with mantine to set up beartic. Use the collectors, elms, and cmmunications to get the lanturn and vileplume set up ASAP. When i play tested it i usually got all of it out in 3 turns. When you get a beartic out put energy on the lanturn and just switch between power houses when need be. I would like your input on anything that would help this deck out!! Still in the testing mode!!

I'm running a VileBear lock deck as well here is my build

Pokemon (22)
1 Cleffa
2-2 Zoroark (B/w)
2-2 Slowking (HGSS)
4-4 Beartic (Sheer Cold)
3-2-2 Vileplume (UD)

T/S/S (22)
2 Pokemon Communication
2 Professor Elm's Training Method
3 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Collector
4 Judge
4 Twins
4 Professor Oak's New Theory

Energy (16)
4 Rainbow Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy
8 Water Energy

Mine is much more tech savvy than straight forward. It's built to potentially control the entire board including your opponents draw.

20 Energy? That seems a little extreme. Also what is the point of lanturn? Is it a yanmega counter? If so the deck idea seems ok. I'd cut your energy down.
-3 rescue energy (we will replace with actual pokemon lines so instead)
-2 water energy
-1 lightning energy
-3 interviewers (needs more general draw)
-2 Pokemon Communication (shouldn't max this card out if you are going to lock out trainers)

+1-1 Beartic
+2-1-1 Vileplume (oddish is an easy prize and should be maxed out to insure they all just don't get sniped)
+2 PONT
+3 Twins

Just some thoughts but I feel like they will boost consistency significantly

i have lanturn for yanmega, reshiram, donphan, tornadous, and basically any flying, sniping, water, and some dragons. i see your point on the fourth beartic and the fourth and second oddish and gloom, but dont you think 3 vileplume may be to much? i think it would just clog up your hand. i have the rescue so i can have a constant flow of beartic and i have to have interviewrs because of the multiple types of energy and the quantity.

ok Mr. Three Mantine. I think you need to run a third oak's. How about you take out a water energy for a third one. More draw power is always better. GL bro

i usually run out of water energy in the first place. so to take one out would cripple me even more. i took out a communication for a fisherman and the energy rate is fine now. really the only problem now is getting vileplume turn 2 or turn 3
