Beating an all uber team with no ubers

Hello
Well my friend challenged me and he has no competitive experience.
I don't have much either but i know only a little bit.
He will most likely go with like groudon, kyogre, mew, mewtwo, rayquaza, charizard or something. All ev trained.
What's a good team to absolutely destroy him?
I was thinking of baton passing to a weedle and bug biting him to death, but i don't think it'll work.

Was using pokemon online to make a team, and he asked what the bars with the stats do. And ye i told him about it. Though he most likely wont have any clue about phazing, baton passing, spikes i think. Unless his done his research.
 
If he is really new, it might be worth a shot to try Breloom. Spores, and while he is waiting for his Pokemon to wake up, or switching out, abuse Swords Dance, then sweep? It doesn't look like he isn't carrying too many Flying or Fire type moves, just make sure you set up Stealth Rocks for the Charizard.
 
From what I see. The Pokemon you assume that he will be using ... will actually be a cake walk if you are a moderately experienced competitive battler yourself.

Any Pokemon used Rock Slide!
It's super effective!
Charizard fainted!

It gets pwned easily.
 
If you really want to destroy him and you know his team, then counter team? Or you could actually build a competitive team that would work in more than a single scenario. There's tons of information on this topic and this thread doesn't really have any value, so I'll lock it now. It doesn't need any more discussion, to be honest. Smogon is your friend (read their competitive articles. They will help you out a ton and they're very resourceful. Also, look at some 5th Gen Analyses on their forums for extra support for info on sets/etc. for your team.)
