The new Kakuna is cool, but I just don't see this deck being a threat to anything. Maybe Greninja since you're hitting it for weakness, but other than that, it just doesn't have the firepower to keep up with other decks in the format. If I had to make a suggestion though, I think the 2-2 line of Shiinotic isn't needed. I think something like an Octillery line would be better for draw support. You're playing four Evosoda anyways so you don't really need to search them out with Shiinotic.

Bumped it with changes to not only the decklist but also added a "Budget change". Something to keep in mind is that Zoroark GX could be pretty good here as well thanks to its ability.

Looks a lot better for sure. I would definitely try a 2-2 Zoroark GX line in place of Octillery once it's released not only for it's ability, but for a nice back-up attacker as well. Kakuna helps you fill up your bench which helps Zoroark.

I think only one Brigette is needed. You don't wanna fill your bench completely up Turn 1 since you want to use Kakuna Turn 2 to do that. Brigette is still nice to grab a Weedle and a Remoraid/Zorua tough.

-2 Brigette (not needed as Kakuna does it better)
-1 Stretcher (you put it twice on your list so I assume you run 2)
-1 EvoSoda (4 is overkill)
+3 Revitalizer (regain first Weedle + Kakuna and fallen Bees)
+1 Counter Catcher (for when your first Kakuna falls ;))
