Strategy: Use Blastoise to snipe for 100. Feraligatr Prime lets him do it every turn with Rain Dance. Blastoise can hit the Bench, and if that's not enough, you can use Mamoswine's Snowstorm or Kyogre & Groudon LEGEND's Mega Tidal Wave. Or you can just throw Wailord out. He'll stay there for a while and buy you time (while doing heavy damage with Swallow Up.)

Yeah, I personally would focus this deck around blastoise
Wailmer and wailord can definitly come out! Would be more usefull having a
2-2 Floatzel GL X line As well as using the above idea for spiritomb.

make it like 12 - 14 water energy max, take out all the fighting and rescuse
and add some decent T/S/S in. The expert belts are usually seen as useless with blastoise as his 100 snipe should be able to pick 6 prizes off there bench fairly easily. Having NO T/S/S lines can't make this deck run well at all?

Even interviewers questions would be usefull! Heck just about any T/S/S is better than NONE!
Definitly keep the Broken time space in, see if you can get another 1 (or 2?)
 
i strongly suggest some supporters
you need some kind of draw power and hand refreshers
 
Added some T/S/S, reduced Mamoswine, K&G LEGEND, and Wailord, and got rid of some {W} and {F} Energy. Also added Spiritomb and Floatzel GL.
