Gengar LV.X does PWN, but is outdone by Arceus LV.X Omniscient. Which one? Both. Gengar's facial expression is too creepy, and just a little off-center for me.

Ho-Oh Legend and Lugia Legend are both great, but unfortunately most probably computer-generated.

I LOVE artwork like Kouki Saitou's because they're hand-drawn, like the point gecko764 brought up.

That's what is so great about gengar and the Arceus x I don't really like them never been a fan of Arceus.

Electivire LV.X all the way. Pulsing lightning and red eyes! Who could go wrong with that?

Garchomp C LV.X is nice, too. The promo.
 
I'd have to say-
Either Gengar LV.X or Mewtwo LV.X(pack).
They both are holding psychic balls just as they are ready to attack and just epic facial expressions.
 
welll shizurow really does add nice shading effect and not to menstion color to the card,....hmmm i'd have to go with rayquaza lv x reprint? i don't know.but for ex set's:ninetails really does mistify you!

also not the artwork just the idea of red holo eyes in gengar lvl x make it soooo special. if you guys can get a lvl x gengar on your hands see how much awesome it is :D
