Best place to sell cards in bulk?

So I've come to realize I can shed a LOT of excess cards going back to base set. I think by the time I get to the end of this I'm going to have around 1,000+ commons, uncommons, and a couple rares to sell. The only place I know of to sell bulk is Troll and Toad, and they're only offering $0.02 per card...for a grand total of 20 bucks if I sell 1k cards like that.

Is there any place else I can do this?

RE: Best place to sell bulk?

You can try to sell them on eBay; last I checked 1,000 C/U went for about $50 there.

Only problem is you lose some money to eBay and PayPal fees. Still a lot better than TnT. :p

RE: Best place to sell bulk?

Yeah, that sounds much better.

I found another site, but it looks like I can only sell them bulk energies...which I guess is good, since TnT doesn't seem to want to buy energy.

What is the name of this other site?

Cool Stuff Inc, but they're only buying at $0.02 an energy card. Still better than nothing I guess.

I'd say eBay for bulk. I've sold several lots and a couple of single cards and made over $120.

To sell bulk, what condition do they have to be in?

Near Mint/Played. No damaged cards.

I just sold 700 ish bulk on ebay for better than 50$. C/UC mostly BW-on is what I sold.

Well that gives me hope...of course, most of my bulk is from Base Set to Rising Rivals.

RE: Best place to sell bulk?

I wonder why people buy them on eBay... It's all mixed stuff that can be a waste of cash. Are they trying to get some cash by selling them .50 each? Jeez. I have 2,000 that need to go and I'd be happy to get rid of them for at least a dime. If I sell them on eBay I have to calculate the eBay fees and possible negative feedback just cause the person decides the lot is bad, vs TnT's bad prices, long processing time and they don't cover shipping.

Eh mine aren't doing so hot right now. Trying to sell them for 0.075 but no takers. Guess I gotta cuts prices again...

I've bought cards on ebay, sometimes (particularly for playable, but not the most playable) you get a good deal on some ex's or some playable rares or trainers. I don't see how you can lose on ebay at .02$ a card.

I sell bulk on eBay. A set of 100 random cards will sell for roughly $4 if they are not tournament legal. It's not much but it definitely is something.
