I like to use eBay.
Are you looking for singles or are you looking to buy packs in bulk (i.e. a booster box)? Ebay is the best choice for singles, but be sure to read the seller feedback. Don't buy from a seller that has any less than five stars. As far as packs go, I'd suggest Amazon, Again, make sure that any third party sellers are trustworthy. I've bought 36-pack boxes for at little as $95 (not counting shipping) from Amazon sellers. Some sellers may also offer free shipping, so that's a big plus.
Yeah i was kinda of looking for some sites of stores, since im brazilian and most ebay sellers have or a high shipping price or dont ship to brazil, so buy all cards at once would be good(im buying single cards). I know at the moment trollandtoad and pokemonforever.net, but i dont know by american standarts if they are cheap or trustworthy.
The ONLY way I would recommend Troll and Toad is if you are planning to buy singles after a new set comes out, and pretty quick after they come out. Their NM/M grade is terrible. Although, I was able to get mint RV foils from Flashfire pretty soon after it was released. Other people on here have horror stories about them.
