Best tech against Gyarados...

Wrong. A lot of good Gyarados lists play Luxray GL LV.X. Bright look something else, Poketurn Luxray GL, pummel the benched pokemon you just Bright Look'd
 
truely with all the techs in this deck there is no counter. Mime can be hurt by regice, luxray will end up trading prizes with you and if you trade prizes with gyarados you will lose in the end. And who doesn't play unoen g in gyarados? Why would you not? Does EVERYONE just copy the French list?!?
