Strategy

Usual Big basic strategy, fast big attackers.
What I am not sure is about those 2 Cherens. I wanted to replace them with something more useful. Though about a 3rd Bouffaland, or a singleton Terrakion NVI, but I wanna hear more opinions

My friend's list is crazy. It runs Tornadus EP and Rocky Helmet along with at least two Terrakion. But I don't think he ran Bouffalant. It did really well against Klinklang. I'm really just throwing ideas at you.

For the most part, your list is very good. The only changes I would make are:
-1 Bianca/Cheren (It's really a personal preference which one you would like to take out, I'd rather take out a Cheren myself)
-1 Fighting Energy (I won a bunch of cities with 8 fighting energies, and it worked better than when I played 7 and 9)
+1 Max Potion (I know this is a rather unorthodox addition but from my testing, 3 Max Potion is amazing in coordination with Scramble Switch and Energy Switch. You should just try it out for yourself and see how you like it)
+1 Energy Switch (3 Energy Switch is amazing with Bouffalant and Max Potion)

I really like those changes, Nigel. But instead of taking out 1 cheren and one Fighting, I think I'd rather take out both Cherens, whaddya think?

That's fine, but I still think 9 fighting is overkill.

Your list is very, very good and very similar to mine (IL and WI States Top 4). My suggestions would be:
-1 Mewtwo EX
+1 Landorus EX
-1 Switch
+1 Energy Search

Consider:
A t1 Hammerhead is simply too awesome to miss; so I would suggest maxing these out.

I only run 11 card draw Supporters which I find quite adequate. In your case, maybe replace a Cheren with a Random Receiver. The RR can be quite helpful at times to possibly bypass playing a Professor Juniper in order to draw into another card draw Supporter.

A 3rd Bouffalant, IMHO, is simply not needed.

After lots of playtesting, I found the 9th F energy increased my chances of starting with energy for my starting Landorus EX consistently. But even with 9 F energy in my deck also, I did have a few starts when I wished I did have an Energy Search in order to get a F energy.

A 3rd Max Potion can be absolutely game changing , especially in the mirror match. If you do decide to include a 3rd MP, you will more than like need to also include a Super Rod or Energy Retrieval to facilitate Poké/energy recovery.

I don't have access to the 4th Landy. I really thought about the Energy Search, though. I used the two slots for a NVI Terrakion and a 3rd Max Potion

I definitely suggest you remove the Terrakion, because you may find that alot of your Poké will get KOd "between turns" due to being poisoned. Hence, Retaliate will not inflict its full damage. Secondly, Terrakion will be Catchered alot by opponents for stalling purposes since it requires (in most cases) 2 energy attachments before you can inflict damage.

Super Rod or Energy Retrieval for that slot?
