The International Police agent, Omega, sprinted across the above-ground campus and leaped into the air vent at full speed before the sweeping search lights found him. The secret base of team Galactic was hidden in the White Mountains, named that way because of the year-round snowfall and the biting wind that made it impossible to see. But of course, nothing is secret to the International Police. Looker finished them off two years ago, but it rose from the ashes and captured both Darkrai and Crescelia, and took them here. It was for some kind of grand scheme about making the moon locked constantly blocking the sun to eclipse the whole planet.
Omega was the International Police’s greatest weapon, an expert in espionage. If all else failed, Omega would be called up to fix the situation - and he always would, hence the codename Omega.
At the IP’s base of operations, nobody knew how to get to the room where the Pokémon were being held, as the schematics they stole showed one continuous camera that wrapped around the walls of the base, that meant Galactic could see all around the building at all times, and there was no way to cut the power as it would mean being detected, which was the opposite of what cutting the power is meant to do. The vents also had inferred laser beams in the vents. And how would anyone get out with the Pokémon However, Omega just smiled and instantly formulated a plan in his mind.
Back in the White Mountains, Omega was wondering just how vain team Galactic was after finding their logo engraved into the vent. He crept along the vent, avoiding the beams with his eyepiece that the IP gave him. He came to the grill from which he was to drop down. No going back now. This was going to be tough.
He opened the grill, dropped down, and just at the right time attached himself to the ceiling. No cameras covered the ceiling in the schematics and team Galactic for once kept their promise. The device that kept him there was one that he invented. He wore vacuum pads on his hands and feet, the idea being that the air pressure would keep him there. It was quite ridiculous that he was relying on air for his life. He hadn’t had an opportunity to test it on walls, let alone on the ceiling.
There was one problem with his plan however – the schematics don’t say, “Look here, this is where we will hold Darkrai and Crescelia.” He hadn’t the faintest idea as to where they were in the base. Suddenly, one of the doors opened with a hiss, and two grunts strolled out of the door and down the dimly lit corridor that Omega was in. He pressed himself further into the shadows. He was able to make out the first grunt saying, “Man, those Pokémon are angry at each other. Wanna play Rock Paper Scissors?” Omega just smiled.
