BUMP! I am about to grade each and every one of your entries! The winner will become the HoH and guarentee safety for him/herself for one week. I will list by standard letter grades. If I get a tie, I will post percentages. Short comments will be made for the bad ones, long for the good ones.
EDIT: My grades are as follows:
batui: F- (Never sent in)
Leafy: D (Level moves too basic, green is not warm, and long and high are the same thing)
pokenerd: A- (Already 2 super smart pokemon, slight error in the move "psybeam".)
42 chocolate: B (Moves too far stretched out, Psybeam is in there twice, you do not describe the evil nature of the pokemon)
Freak: A (Beautiful, only problem is that green is not a warm color)
TheDarkLucario: A- (Signature moves are a no-no. Plus, some moves are definitely out of order. For example, Magnitude after Earth Power)
Muddy68: A+ (Dare I say it... It's perfect! I was imagining some time of fire spirit, and everything is formatted perfectly! Excellent!)
Xenowolfx: C- (Uncreative, period)
red blastoise: A- (Signature move and just seems off)
Bippa201: A (Makes sense, but a ripoff of two pokemon, Charmander and Spinda)
Legendhunter: A- (Suction Cups, an ability, allows for no switch, not health absorbtion. Plus, two moves learned last is NOT okay.
Snorchu: A+ (Innovative, creative, and well made! New moves put it over the top!)
Snorchu, Muddy, you two tied this competition. Now, I will go to comparisons.

Congrats indeed. The entry was quite splendid and was everything I was looking for. By the way, if anyone saw my thread on the bomb threat in Paris, I just want you guys to know that it was a false alarm. Hey, Joey, I know Psybeam is in there twice, but it's kind of like Butterfree's moveset.
Phorr learns Psybeam when it evolves, and so has Psybeam as a move at its start, and at Lv. 25. Like Butterfree with Confusion.
And I totally forgot about warm colors. :<
