By a vote of 4-3, my sister will now pick our Season 3 winner. Sadly, she does not base on game play, but on avatars and signatures. I would have her log on to her account, but it will be too much work. So, after I ready my sold PM, I will show her both avatars and signatures to pick from.

According to Shining Raikou on chat, dragonpokemonpwn was a double account of Celtics Kid (a guy who joined a while ago, then got banned.)

And yes, he's permabanned.
