How can place not look like a bug gym to you?
it could be a bug elite four member, maybe they finally have little puzzles or a little thing to have fun with in the elite four members room, lol maybe
I can see what you mean but wouldn't it have been more modernized?

I am completely baffled as to how one could look at it and see it as a bug gym. There is no evidence towards such an assumption.

Because as someone said before it looks like a hive thing or whatever and i can't seeing it being a train place.

It will (in all likelyhood) be a bug gym, just not located there.
#1 on that map is obviously a garage for trains.
We'll just have to wait till it says so hopefully in corocoro.
I thought that WAS a corocoro that showed us the map?
No because they would've shown us the Pokemon also.
