Birthday presents

If you can, have your parents buy you an xbox360/PS3 with some games or something. That's what I'd want.

Or, if you like music, get an iTouch.
 
theme decks are unnecessary, I would just ask for a ton of booster packs, you'll prolly pull all the card s in the deck, not to mention some actually good cards
 
Theme decks may not have the quality of made-from-scratch/popular metagame decks, but they're a good way to get energy if you're just getting into the TCG. Also, Shining Meganium is clearly a Meganium fan, so a Meganium theme deck would not only let him get into/get back into the TCG, it would also let him get one of his favorite Pokémon to start his collection.

and to make this post usefull:
if you have a gaming system (PS3 or Xbox) get a good game, like FFXIII or MW2. if you don't however

I asked for lego when I turned 12, and I got money for my 13th because we had a deal all over the family that I would get money and buy a wii from it.
 
What about HG/SS? These are great games IMO.

lol, I was joking about thanking the lord xD.

To be honest a DSi XL is a waste of money, just get a DSi if you really want one. I honestly wouldn't buy a hand held console for your birthday though, I would rather buy a home console or some home console games to be honest.

Maybe some Wii points or something? This is just a suggestion o' course.
