I don't know what is the 34th blackstar promo....33th is Articuno Ex, 35th is the new...but the 34 ? have you any scans or information ?

Er..are you SURE it's this ? in the picture we can see "28" and the black star 28 is EXACTLY this ? Blackstar 34 is the same with stamp isn't it ?
